Form Liners
This form liner includes only the brick bed joints, therefore allowing the concrete pre-caster to vary the size of the perp joints, just as a brick layer does, accommodating the variable length of bricks.
The bricks take a little longer to lay out in this system. This time spent is rewarded with a labour saving at the time of cleaning the concrete panel.
When the brick is undersized and the perp joint isn’t adjustable then the brick end is replaced by an unsightly concrete piece (Photographed brick fault).
Standard Form Liner
The cost of labour and the urgency of panel deliveries has prompted Form Brick to offer a brick inlay system with fixed perp joints to enable faster placement of bricks.
The Bricko system has many other benefits over its competition.
Bricko is bendable to reduce the tension when stripping it from concrete panels.
Bricko has no timber substrate, therefore is not prone to moisture expansion.
Bricko can be cut with a knife or scissors and rejoined again with ease.
Bricko is dimensionally stable and easily aligned in a form bed.

Single Use Formliner
With a constant requirement to fulfill Architectural features, otherwise not achievable, Form Brick has introduced a single use form liner for 3 dimensional structures where demoulding becomes an additional challenge.
Single use form liner may be fixed to any surface in the mould completing the brick and mortar joint detail to all adjacent faces when 3 dimensional brick inlay is on the table.
With Form Bricks single use form liner, bespoke brick work has become the norm, not the exception.

Additionally Form Brick’s ‘original’ form liner system enables every brick wall to have a hand made appearance, with the perp joints randomly imperfect by up to 6mm.
This method of brick inlay resembles the work of brick layers, differentiating a brick inlay wall from a tiled wall.
