Brick facings (also referred to as brick snaps), are the visible face of a brick cut for the purpose of brick inlay into concrete panels. These brick inlay panels are the external walls and columns of the building and require no maintenance thereafter.

390 Malvern Toorak
In modern construction, durability and beauty often compete for attention. At Louise Apartments, we seamlessly merge these qualities using brick inlay systems, a technique that brings the timeless charm of traditional brickwork into large-scale precast concrete structures. This method enables builders to create stunning, low-maintenance facades that stand the test of time.

Louise Street Apartments
Located in Prahran, Melbourne, the 390 Malvern road residential building has been thoughtfully completed, with contemporary design and functionality. This project not only offers modern living spaces but reflects style in suburban architecture.
Using Form Brick’s advanced brick inlay technology, the four-level building presents a seamless flow of brickwork complex in design but simple in construction and appearance.

Melbourne Connect Carlton
Melbourne Connect Carlton is a precinct led by the University of Melbourne, in partnership with Lendlease and other collaborators. It brings together researchers, businesses, government and startups in one location. The project focuses on creating solutions that are data-driven, tech-enabled and socially responsible.
From a construction perspective, Melbourne Connect incorporates a brick inlay system with Form Brick where brick snaps are embedded into precast concrete panels, offering brickwork otherwise not achievable on these overreaching door lintels.
